Kate Festival is the traditional religious ceremonies of the Champa ethnic minority groups. The Kate Festival occur during the 7th month of the Cham calendar. The most popular and overly-crowded ceremony occurred at the Poklongarai Remains of Cham Towers. The towers are built around the 13th century on a small 100m high hill, called Trau Vinh, in Do Vinh ward, Phan Rang, province of Ninh Thuan.
